NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Mesa Cortina Water and Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District (“Board”) may consider increasing certain District rates, fees, and charges and/or establishing one or more new charges at an open public meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 in the Summit County Library – North Branch located at 651 Center Circle, Silverthorne, Colorado 80498.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate adoption and/or increase may be obtained from the District’s Assistant Water Manager, Kelsey Andersen, at telephone number (720) 940-6497.
