CHATFIELD SOUTH WATER DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Chatfield South Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Chatfield South Water District may consider increasing the District’s water and wastewater tap fees and other charges, and establishing one or more new charges at an open public meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026 via Zoom Meeting and can be joined through the directions below:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding any proposed increase/new charge. Information regarding any proposed increase/new charge may be obtained from the District office located at 7555 E. Hampden Avenue, Suite 501, Denver, Colorado, 80231 telephone number (720) 213-6621, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
