1. Records Requests: Incident reports, fire investigation reports, miscellaneous copies of public records in accordance with Colorado Revised Statute Title 24, Article 72, Section 205 (1) or The Fraudulent
Claims and Arson Information Act. Colorado Revised Statute §10-4-1001 shall be assessed a fee of $41.37 per hour, after the first hour.
A copying fee not to exceed $.25 per page ,au be assessed. Copies of CD's of any photos, which have been authorized for release, will be assessed a fee of $25 per CD.

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
