NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING AND NOTICE TO CONSIDER CHANGES TO WATER AND SEWER SERVICE FEES
(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S. and 32-1-1001 (2)(a), C.R.S.)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Evergreen Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2026
A copy of such proposed 2026 Budget has been filed with the District at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado where the same is open for public inspection. The proposed 2026 Budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The District will be discussing the addition of Capital Fees, a Dispatch Fee, and changes to the Bank Fees, and Water Consumption Rates for the year 2026.
Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2026 Budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.

District Policy
The District adopted a Resolution Designating the Official Custodian of Records and Adopting a Policy on Responding to Open Records Requests on October 27, 2021 effective immediately upon its approval. The Board of Directors fully supports, and complies with, all Federal and State laws relating to the retention, protection and disclosure of District records including, but not limited to, the Colorado Open Records Act, Title 24, Article 72, Part 2, C.R.S. ("CORA"), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), and the Privacy Rule promulgated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services which interprets and implements HIPAA.

Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms

Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
