TABERNASH MEADOWS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., that the Board of Directors for the TABERNASH MEADOWS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, and/or charges for domestic water and/or sanitary sewer services. Any such action will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors for the Tabernash Meadows Water and Sanitation District to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The meeting will be held at 729 CR 5141(Aster Drive), Tabernash, Colorado 80478 and via GoToMeeting videoconferencing platform.

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
