The district's research and retrieval fee is $25.0 per hour

District Policy
Any request for a copy of any FFPD records, run reports or patient information must submit a written request to the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief shall verify the requestor has the right to access the requested information, in the event of a request for any patient care reports or patient information the patient or patients DMPOA shall present in person a signed release of information to the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief shall then have 5 business days to process this request and have the requested information available to the requestor.

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms

Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.

Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms

Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
