FOREST VIEW ACRES WATER DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S, to the Forest View Acres Water District and all other interested persons that a proposed fee increase has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the District with an effective date of May 1, 2018. Such proposed increase will be considered at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Monument Sanitation Conference Room located at 130 Second Street, Monument, CO. Any customer or interested persons may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding the proposed fee increase. A copy of such proposed increase has been filed in the office of the District located at Community Resource Services of Colorado, LLC, 7995 East Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, Colorado, telephone number 303-381-4960, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. where the same is open for public inspection.

Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
