NOTICE OF MEETING TO CONSIDER

HOLLY HILLS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the Holly Hills Water and Sanitation District (“District”) and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District (“Board”) will consider adopting and/or increasing in the District’s wastewater service tap fees, rates, and other charges at an open public meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 and on Wednesday November 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/87118999973, Meeting ID: 871 1899 9973.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments, or objections to the Board regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate adoption and/or increase may be obtained from the District’s manager, Michael A. Bakarich, whose office is located at 2801 Youngfield St., Suite 370, Golden, CO 80401, telephone number (720) 419-0841.

The district's research and retrieval fee is $41.37 per hour

District Policy
Please contact the Custodian below for additional information on the District's CORA Policy. In those cases where the location or existence of specific documents must be researched and the documents must be retrieved, sorted or reviewed for applicability to the request, and such process requires more than one hour of staff time, the Custodian may charge a research and retrieval fee not to exceed thirty-three dollars and fifty eight cents ($41.37) per hour, or the maximum amount allowed by the Executive Committee of the State Legislative Council, whichever is greater. The Custodian will not impose a charge for the first hour of time expended in connection with the research and retrieval of public records.

Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms

Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
