Notice of Proposed Action to Fix or Increase Fees, Rates, Tolls, Penalties or Charges for Domestic Water or Sanitary Sewer Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Boards of Directors of the Forest Lakes Metropolitan District and Pinon Pines Metropolitan District Nos. 2 - 3 may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the Districts’ residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the Districts. Such action is being considered by the Boards of Directors of the Districts at a regular meeting of the Boards scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 2138 Flying Horse Club Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado and virtually.

Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
