The district's research and retrieval fee is $30.0 per hour
(1) The District shall immediately respond to a request for records. If the request is oral, the response shall be that the District requires a written request and will not otherwise respond to an oral request. If the request is in writing the response shall be sent within three business days and shall advise the requesting party that arrangements may be made by contacting the district manager for a date and time during normal business hours when inspection shall be available.
(2) The response shall also generally advise the requesting party of the nature and extent of this policy.
(3) The District shall provide all records not otherwise privileged by §24-72-204, CRS. However the District shall not generate original reports to meet the request. Specifically the District shall only provide copies of existing documents in its possession.
(4) All inspections of records shall be made at the District’s office. Specifically, the District shall not mail or e-mail requested records.
(5) The District shall charge for the reasonable costs in staff time at $30.00 per hour and copying costs $ .25 per page and the anticipated cost of the request shall be made known to the person making such request. Such costs will be received by the District prior to such records being made available. If the actual costs exceed the District’s estimate, the District will bill the person making such request and will expect payment within thirty days. If the actual costs are less then the District’s estimate then the District will refund the person making such request the difference within thirty days.

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
