The district's research and retrieval fee is $33.58 per hour
After the first hour of time has been expended, the custodian shall charge a fee for the research and retrieval of public records that shall be $33.58 per hour.
�The District has the authority to charge the maximum rate allowed by law for a copy, printout, or photograph of a public record. At the present time, the District will accordingly charge a fee of twenty-five cents per standard page for a copy of a public record or a fee in the amount of the actual cost of providing a copy, printout, or photograph of a public record in a format other than a standard page. The foregoing fees for a copy, printout, or photograph will be increased or decreased for changes in the maximum rates allowed by law.�

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
