Notice of Proposed Action to Fix or Increase Fees, Rates, Tolls, Penalties or Charges for Domestic Water or Sanitary Sewer Services
As required by Section 32-l-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Fairways Metropolitan District (the "District") hereby provides notice to customers receiving sanitary sewer service from the District that the Board will consider adoption of a certain proposed increase to the District's sewer fee from $216.25 to $242.25 per quarter (effective January 1, 2024) at a public meeting to be held on November 7, 2023, beginning at 5:00 p.m. This District Board meeting will be held via Zoom and can be joined through the directions below:

Board Candidate Self-Nomination Forms
Any eligible elector of the special district who desires to be a candidate for the office of special district director must file a self-nomination and acceptance form or letter with the designated election official.
Deadline for Self-Nomination Forms
Self-nomination and acceptance forms or letters must be filed not less than 67 days before the date of the regular election. For the next regular election, the deadline is 02/26/2027.
