The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the District's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, investments, utility billing, and related administrative functions.

The Finance Manager supervises the finance team, manages financial and front office administrative operations, and works collaboratively with District leadership, employees, and external stakeholders to support efficient operations, sound financial management, and the District's organizational goals.
