SDA sponsors a Workers' Compensation Safety Dividend Group, through which Member Districts can obtain discounts based upon their workers' compensation contributions, by meeting certain safety and educational requirements. The program is designed to provide enhanced coverage to meet the special needs of the members.

Bodily Injury by Disease - $2,000,000 Each Employee
Bodily Injury by Disease - $2,000,000 per Policy - Loss sensitive alternatives such as dividends and claim deductible options
- Coverage for Board Members and volunteers available
- Includes Federal Acts such as:
Federal Empoloyeers Liablity Act (FELA)
Defense Base Act - Protection for foreign travel including Repatriation and Endemic Disease
Early Return to Work
Teamwork, communication and early intervention between the special district, the claims administrator, and the medical provider are required for a return to work program to be effective.
Assistance is available for the creation, implementation and oversight of return to work programs.
