With over 1000 attendees at our Annual Conference, we want to ensure each attendee has a speedy check-in. In order to expedite this process it is helpful if all our conference attendees use the following guidelines:

• If you are coming up to the conference Tuesday night for the SDA University on Wednesday and would like to check-in early, the registration desk will be open from 4:30-6:00pm on Tuesday, September 13.
• Check-in Wednesday morning (7:30am-12:00pm) will be reserved for those attending the SDA University. If you will only be an attendee on Thursday and/or Friday, please come to the registration desk after 1:00pm on Wednesday to pick up your packet. The registration desk will be open until 6:00pm on Wednesday.
• If you are coming up to the Annual Conference on Thursday morning, the registration desk will open at 7:30am

The Registration Desk is located on the top floor (3rd floor) of the Beaver Run Conference Center. From the Beaver Run Resort, take the Skywalk to the Conference Center.
