The Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District is seeking applicants for the position of Special Projects Manager. Experience with public outreach, coordination with other governmental agencies, and preparation of correspondence, reports and other published materials, facilitation of administrative projects as well as experience in grant writing and administration is necessary. Experience should include a minimum of two years experience managing projects with a strong background in public policy and local government operations preferred. This position requires excellent computer, written communication, public speaking, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and work independently. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Management, Public Relations, Education or similar studies.
