Starting 3-8-13 Display New FMLA Poster

Beginning March 8, 2013, special districts with employees must begin using the updated FMLA Poster (WH1420) which is available online in PDF format from the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division at: http://www.dol.gov/whd/regs/compliance/posters/fmlaen.pdf.

Keep in mind, the poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it.  A poster must be displayed at all locations even if there are no eligible employees.
