To be eligible for the SDA Scholarship, the applicant must be a current resident of Colorado, express an interest in the water industry (Water and Sanitation Services, Water Quality Management etc.) and be pursuing or planning to pursue for example, a certificate, license preparation courses, license upgrade, continuing education courses, an Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s degree.
