The Special District Association would like to extend our condolences to the family, friends and community of Marine Cpl. Max William Donahue, of Highlands Ranch. Cpl. Donahue was killed in Afghanistan while serving his country.

Governor Bill Ritter has ordered that U.S. and Colorado flags be lowered to half staff at state and federal facilities throughout Colorado on Friday, August 13, 2010.

Funeral services for Cpl. Donahue will be held Friday in Highlands Ranch.
