SDA and MSEC working together for special districts
SDA and MSEC have formed an alliance to offer SDA members with 10 or fewer employees to join MSEC at a 45% discount. This special membership includes 10 hours of hands-on professional consultation, and access to other HR and Employment Law trainings and resources.
SDA's Executive Director Ann Terry noted that SDA members looking for industry wage and salary surveys will be happy to know that MSEC offers access to all of their surveys as a part of the SDA/MSEC Alliance program. Ms. Terry said, "Special districts are an important part of the Colorado economy and many districts are interested in survey information as they develop personnel policies and practices, benefit design and compensation plans. SDA thinks this service will be a benefit to the SDA membership."
As a membership organization, Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) helps employers manage the employment life cycle. From human resource and employment law issues to compensation and benefit services, including surveys, MSEC specializes in helping employers develop and maintain effective employer/employee relationships. Legal representation before government administrative agencies and review of personnel policies are just a few of the valuable services available as part of your membership.
