Centennial Water & Sanitation District has named Tim Grotheer the Director of Operations. Grotheer brings 21 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and administration while working at the Plum Creek Wastewater Authority (PCWA) in Douglas County. During Tim’s time at PCWA, they received the Environmental Protections Agency’s Region VII award for Excellence in Operations and Maintenance.
